Hiking Ticket Gspon
With the cable car from Stalden, you glide up to the “sunny balcony of the Visper Valley”. It’s the perfect starting point for relaxed hikes in Valais as well as demanding mountain tours, such as the spectacular Gspon High Trail, which winds around the Fletschhorn from the Simplon Pass to the Saas Valley. In the car-free village of Gspon, you hike through the highest stone pine forests in the Alps. Also fascinating is the hike along the “Gsponeri”, the highest still-intact irrigation channel (Suone) in Europe!
