POI details

This leisurely hike leads through the car-free part of the village and further through the idyllic Grächen winter forest. You follow the signage along the Bineri irrigation channel to Gasenried and then on to Schalbetten.

From Visp, take the train to St. Niklaus. There, change to the PostAuto, which takes you every half hour to Grächen. On weekends, a direct bus runs from Visp to Grächen.
