This hike takes you through the car-free part of Grächen, past the Hotel Hannigalp, then down the somewhat steep path to the right towards Niedergrächen. Full attention and surefootedness are required here. But you should also definitely enjoy the wonderful views. From Niedergrächen, the recommended return route is along the road via Bina back to Grächen.

From Visp, take the train to St. Niklaus. There, switch to the PostBus, which brings you to Grächen every half hour. On weekends, a direct bus runs from Visp to Grächen.
