This hike takes you through the car-free part of Grächen, past the Hotel Hannigalp on the right, down the somewhat steep path towards Niedergrächen. Full attention and sure-footedness are required here. But you should also enjoy the wonderful views. From Niedergrächen, we recommend returning along the road via Bina to Grächen.

From Visp you take the train to St. Niklaus. There you change to the bus, which gets you to Grächen every half hour. On weekends a direct bus operates from Visp to Grächen.
