21a) Niedergrächen – Grienubrunnu – Kalpetran

On this hike, you cover a steep 600 meters of elevation drop in a short time.
Kalpetran is connected by the Matterhorn-Gotthard-Bahn as well as the aerial cableway to Embd.

From Niedergrächen, this path leads you steadily downhill over meadows through the forest all the way down to the Mattertal. Enjoy the fantastic view of the opposite mountain scenery. Once you reach the valley, cross the road and follow the signpost over the Vispa to the small village of Kalpetran.
