1) Waterladder hike: Grächen – Bineri – Riedbach
Information
For the return journey, you can hike back above the Bineri along the Chilcheri canal through the larch forest to the starting point.
Note: Hiking trail along the Bineri – with possible but not guaranteed water flow. So, with some luck, you may see the refreshing water flowing, but it is not guaranteed.

From the village, follow the road to the lake. A few meters after the sports center, turn right following the sign to Gasenried. This path first leads you through a residential area and then into the shady larch forest. Here you hike along the magic water, cross the Rittigraben, and continue over meadowland. In the hamlet of Gasenried, you reach the Baroque chapel and are now very close to the destination of this hike. A few meters further you arrive at the Schalbetten rest area at 1683 m above sea level.
