POI details
This hike leads you at the beginning relaxed through the car-free part of Grächen. The route runs fairly flat and over wide, mostly paved paths. You follow the signs to Gasenried, which takes you through the refreshing larch forest. From Gasenried it becomes more challenging and continuously ascends. The path climbs steeply through the forest past the glacier gate and you continue sure-footed uphill to the ridge at 2322 meters above sea level.
