Francesco and Salome have learnt and refined a great deal about the art of cooking and culinary delights. They use food consciously, are creative and colourful. In the kitchen you will find alpine raw materials from natural production. These come directly from small producers in the region who also share their philosophy of sustainability. Thanks to smaller portions, you can try out several delicacies and taste the love and craftsmanship in every bite.
Enjoy the large lakeside terrace. The dreamlike location is embedded in the fantastic mountain scenery and offers an unobstructed panoramic view.
