POI details
From Hannigalp, a steep climb takes you via Chleini Furgge to Küchenwang. Now that your muscles have warmed up, you should tackle an additional fifty metres of altitude on foot to enjoy the fantastic view of the southern Valais and Bernese Alps at the top of the Wannihorn. Back on your bike, follow the slightly wider trail downhill to another viewpoint, the Heidnische Tossu. Here you have a wonderful view of the striking mountain peaks of the Augstbord region on the opposite side of the valley and into the Mattertal. From this vantage point, the circular tour leads via Stafel through the larch forest back to Hannigalp.
