The first part of this hike takes you relaxed through the car-free area of Grächen. Your gaze wanders over playgrounds, traditional buildings and lush flower meadows. After the Hannigalp Hotel, turn right and follow the somewhat steep, earthy path down towards Niedergrächen. On this tour you will cover about 150 metres in altitude. Enjoy the fantastic views of the impressive mountain scenery.

From Visp you take the train to St. Niklaus. There you change to the bus, which gets you to Grächen every half hour. On weekends a direct bus operates from Visp to Grächen.
