This hike takes you leisurely through the car-free part of Grächen at the beginning. Your views wander over playgrounds, traditional buildings, and lush flower meadows. After Hotel Hannigalp, you turn right and follow the slightly steep earthy path down towards Niedergrächen. On this route, you cover about 150 meters of elevation. Enjoy the fantastic views of the impressive mountain backdrop.

From Visp, take the train to St. Niklaus. There, change to the post bus, which takes you every half hour to Grächen. On weekends, a direct bus runs from Visp to Grächen.
