On the way to the restaurant of the Hotel Gädi, you may meet the host and chef in the hotel's own garden. Here he harvests crisp fresh vegetables and numerous herbs for the excellent fine and light dishes. Martin and Mèlanie are the warm and charming hosts of the cosy alpine hotel. Good news is that non-hotel guests can also get their money's worth here - by appointment only. Feast and enjoy the culinary delights prepared with great attention to detail.
If you want to take a piece of healthy and delicious food home with you, simply opt for a jar of homemade jam or honey "to go".
