Twice during the summer season, the Obere Dorfstrasse in Grächen is transformed into a veritable Food Eldorado. From the valley station of the Hannigalp cable car all the way to Grächen Süd, the innkeepers from Grächen present very special treats. The culinary street festival in summer
Previously known as "Flanier Abund", from now we are introducing a new name, "Food Night", to better describe this now legendary event. Culinary taste explosions amid authentic Valais architecture and a breathtakingly beautiful mountain backdrop.
Whether it's penne alps, juicy mini burgers, a fine risotto & Greechner house sausage, savoury cheese or bratwurst, a traditional raclette, homemade mountain herb ravioli ... these are just some of the delicacies that will make your mouth water and whet your appetite for more!
Amidst the festive hustle and bustle, you will also find world-class cuisine in the form of Vietnamese spring rolls and prawns wrapped in potatoes with a sweet and sour Thai sauce. The sophisticated and playful drinks, Valais wine specialities and sparkling beers make for an atmospheric evening. The romantics among you can dive into the sunset with a lovely sunshine punch.
