POI details

Off the ski slopes, the gently ascending path leads you from the village center past the sports center. Let your gaze wander from the ice rink over the winter mountain village surrounded by a breathtaking mountain backdrop. Follow the road to the edge of the forest. Here you decide to leave the road and follow the trail straight into the forest to the Drieri and Eggeri Suonen. Along these irrigation channels, you walk through the enchanting winter forest to the exit portal of the enchanted water at Alpe Äbnet.

From Visp, take the train to St. Niklaus. There change to the PostBus, which takes you to Grächen every half hour. On weekends, a direct bus runs from Visp to Grächen.
