Concert Rosamund Brass Quartett | Kultursommer Grächen

Brass Deluxe! The Rosamund Brass Quartet was formed in September 2020 by friends who all studied at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester. In March 2021, Rosamund Brass made its debut at the RNCM* Play Festival, where the quartet performed a piece that was recorded and edited together remotely, allowing the ensemble to perform in public despite Covid-19 decrees.
Since then, the quartet has performed several concerts and events across the UK. In May 2022, the four musicians entered and won the RNCM's annual Philip Jones Brass Prize*, despite being one of the youngest groups in the competition. The ensemble then took part in the Chris Rowland Ensemble of the Year Prize, where they won the Audience Prize. The quartet surprisingly repeated these two successes the following year.
Now the local audience can also get to know these four talented musicians - on Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at 8:15 pm on the Flanierbühne in Grächen.
