Follow the signpost from the village center to the idyllic Grächen Lake. Your winter hike takes you along the mountain lake, which is hibernating in winter, and then gently ascending up to Alpe Äbnet. Confidently follow the hiking trail through the romantic winter forest until the signpost leads you left to the road. The circular route takes you past the Egga chapel, where you can catch an excellent view of the four-thousand-meter peaks of Weisshorn and Matterhorn. The gently descending road brings you back to the village center.
